For the past 25 years, my family and I have proudly been franchisees. We are truly family-owned and operated in every sense of the word. I was kid fresh out of college when I decided to join my parents on this journey. My dad had previously worked for a competitor and was recruited by another franchisee to join Aaron’s and become part of what he believed was a winning team.
